Der Künstler Sam Krack ist zu Gast bei dialogue.lu in Wiltz. Aufbauend auf seiner Forschungsresidenz 2025 am Casino Display Luxembourg setzt er seine Auseinandersetzung mit Herkunft, Erinnerung und Sprache fort.

Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf kollaborativen Prozessen. Gemeinsam mit dem Künstler Kevin Barois erforscht Sam Krack Materialien wie Maisblätter, Erde und lokal gefundene Ressourcen. Themen wie Recycling, Handwerk, Bauprozesse und produktive Absurdität bilden den Ausgangspunkt der gemeinsamen Recherche.

Sam Krack (1993, Dudelange) lebt und arbeitet in Sète und Luxemburg. In seiner künstlerischen Praxis untersucht er die Präsenz von Dingen, Räumen und Strukturen. Seine Arbeiten machen sichtbar, was oft übersehen wird – Wände, Trennflächen, verborgene Volumen. Malerei versteht er als aktiven Akt der Anerkennung, der Material, Form und Raum Präsenz verleiht.

Artist Sam Krack will take part in a residency at dialogue.lu in Wiltz. Building on his 2025 research residency at Casino Display Luxembourg, he continues his exploration of origin, memory, and language.

Collaboration is a key focus of the residency. Together with artist Kevin Barois, Sam Krack will work with materials such as corn leaves, soil, and locally sourced resources, exploring themes of recycling, craftsmanship, construction processes, and productive absurdity.

Sam Krack (born 1993 in Dudelange) lives and works in Sète and Luxembourg. His artistic practice explores the presence of objects, spaces, and structures, revealing what is often overlooked—walls, partitions, and hidden volumes. Painting functions as an active act of validation, giving material, form, and space tangible presence.
